If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

User-Generated Content & Data Usage

By posting, submitting, or sharing content on our Services, including but not limited to code, comments, votes, and likes (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”), you grant Fireflo LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute your UGC for purposes related to the operation, improvement, and development of our Services.

Your UGC may be used in connection with partnerships, research, and analytics, provided that such use complies with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or license personally identifiable information (PII), including but not limited to names and email addresses to third parties.

If you delete your content or account, the license granted to us will continue for any UGC that has been incorporated into commercial, research, or product development activities, but we will cease using new UGC from your account.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We may share personally identifiable information, technical data, and analytics with third-party service providers to improve our Services, conduct research, and facilitate both organic and paid marketing efforts.
